Before I link the song, I'm going to have a little moan... What is it that takes trains so long? I'm currently sat on a train back to Reading to collect my stuff I had to leave on Friday (I'll explain later) and the journey takes just over an hour. It isn't even that far if you look at a map! Anyway, I hope you all had a fun weekend. Mine kept me busy enough, involving a 4hr stop off at Reading and an hour on a boat on the Thames. I won't bore you with all the details, but I do want to talk about little bits.

In my last post I mentioned that I was heading back to reading that night to work. After making my way back & having a quick dinner, I went to work. Only to find we had too many people on shift & be told two people would have to go home. I wasn't really in the mood to work so I jumped in a cab and got on the first train back to London, forgetting that EVERYTHING was still in my house in Reading. My toothbrush, straighteners, keys, phone charger- everything. Anyway, I was back in London in about an hour & I went out to a club called Windsor Castle, in Hounslow. If you haven't been before, I wouldn't recommend it, and don't go there alone. The phrase 'bit of a dive' only scratches the surface. I had a good night regardless, and met a guy who is apparently Joe McElderry's cousin.. Who I witnessed throw up in his own hand, aha.

The next day we cured our hangovers with a bit of shopping and bought two really nice vases, and in the evening Little Callum came over and we had Indian. On Sunday we went into town for lunch and decided it would be nice to get on a boat ride up the Thames.

I'm now on my way back to Reading to pick up everything I left on Friday. I'm drafting this on an iPad with a bright pink cover, getting a couple of funny looks aha. A couple of weeks ago a pipe burst in our bathroom and water as pouring out of the living room ceiling as a result, I expect my landlord has done nothing to fix the damage so I'll also take photos of it to keep as proof in case he tries to blame us for it somehow. I'm pretty paranoid aha.

Okay so I'm now on the train headed back to London. I swear I live on trains at the moment. Hopefully it will be the last time I have to make such a long commute, I've got most my belongings in London now. I found out last night that I'm going to the Olympics with my boyfriend to see an England football match!! It's going to be good, even though I'm not really that into football aha. The same weekend I'm also going to London Zoo and having a day trip to Southampton! It's gonna be a crazy weekend aha. I'm also supposed to go to soho with the girls from work later this week! Got a couple things lined up so keep checking back & I'll post about my adventures :)
